Heaviest weight lifted wins.
The elbows must be locked out and feet must be parallel for a rep to be given. Additionally, you must wait for the ‘down’ call from the referee. Failure to do so will result in a no rep.
Supports such as elbow sleeves and wrist wraps are permitted.
no grip aids are permitted
60 second time limit per attempt
Strictly no belt cleans. If an athlete is found to use the belt to perform a full clean the rep will be not be counted. * it is best to create a clear space between the belt and the bar on the clean when performing a continental. If time allows for a reattempt after a no rep has been given the athlete may attempt another rep.
